to be continued when i have more time cuz i need sleep now, but bright house internet went dark on me tonight and the tech on the phone could not fix it so their answer is make an appointment for a cable guy to come out which is definitely not going to be routine as i am not going to give up my saturday for this... a year and a half with att aircard and while there were issues, the issues were resolved without my having to take time off work or stay home on weekends to wait for service techs...
i've heard about problems with bright house internet, but i figured i'd give them a chance... the only reason i didn't disconnect tonight is they gave me this month free...
